Introduction:
The main purpose of the Letter Addresses PIM database is to help you DRAFT business letters and emails with LEAST amount of TIME and EFFORT. Letter Addresses outputs a fully formatted list of all letter receivers for the company you want to send a letter to. For example if you choose to send a letter to someone at Supply Corporation you will get a list as shown below:

Now all you need to do is copy paste the required address block in to the body of your letter OR email.
If you would like to include the complete postal address of the company you can use the Envelope option. You will get a list as shown below.

Fully formatted means that all dots, commas and dashes are inserted by the software in every address. Thus you will NEVER have to type . , and - for each address.
Highlights:
- AVOID SIFTING through business cards. Save on TIME and EFFORT.
- AVOID TYPING receiver details EACH time you send a letter. Save on TIME and EFFORT.
- Letter Addresses is USER FRIENDLY as all tasks are completed by clicking buttons.
- Letter Addresses requires less than 1 MB (data included) of space, so you can carry a softcopy with you.
- All the drop down lists are self-learning. If you type in new data and click Save button, it will automatically be included in the list. Thus you DO NOT have to TYPE in that data next time, just select it from the drop list.

Letter Addresses is a Personal Information Management [PIM] database developed using MS Access 2000. Letter Addresses is available as a mdb file. To use it you must have MS Access 2000 or later installed on your computer.
What is MS Access?
With a single copy you can store data for 750 different letter receivers i.e. individuals and 250 different companies. With 2 copies you can store upto 1500 different letter receivers and 500 different companies. You can have as many copies as you want.

To unzip letteradd.zip double left click on it. This will start WinZip and display the contents of the zip file. Extract all the contents to a folder named Letter (you will first need to create this folder) on your hard disk.

The Letter folder should now contain 4 files as described below:
- Sampl.mdb - This is the Sample version of the software. It includes sample data for 30 letter receivers & addresses of 15 companies. It has all the features and functionality of the usable version and will give you a fair idea of what the software can do.
- Sampl.doc - Instruction booklet for using the Sampl.mdb database. It has 5 pages that you can print out.
- Letter Addresses.mdb - Is the useable / working version of the software. This is a blank database without any data. Each copy can store data for 550 different letter receivers i.e. individuals and 175 different companies.
- Instruct.doc - Instruction booklet for using the Letter Addresses.mdb database software.
Before using the blank Letter Addresses.mdb database you should try out the Sample version of the software i.e. Sampl.mdb.
IMPORTANT: In case you are using MS Access 2003, you might get a Security Warning. This software is completely safe and does not have any macro viruses (if you find one, you are free to report us to Tripod). On the Security Warning dialog box choose to Open the .mdb file.
